Home lunch 
No sleep but yoga nidra
Read and plan for future. 
Evening Jan Shikayat and dak. 
Evening breakfast 
Run 
Write ur day what went wrong and dd
Dinner
Night motorcycle or gadi or Mandir
Cone back read a book 
Dhyan focus on breath . Sleep .
